The Last WT400s Ever Built

We wanted to do something special to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. While going through some parts storage, we found enough original parts to build one final run of twenty-five WT400 Traveler amplifiers. And so that's what we did.

These units will be the last WT400s ever built, so they're bound to be collector's items. To help ensure that, each is hand-signed and numbered by David. They also come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming the serial number of each unit, proof positive that each unit is part of this last run. Here's a shot of David as he signs a unit after final testing.

Before boxing the units for shipping, we took a moment to gather the entire build crew for a family portrait. From left to right are: David Hisownself, Jake, Jimmy, EJ, Joan (or, at least the very top of her), Char, Elaine and Rocket Scientist David Grout. Notice the Certificate of Authenticity in the foreground.

Finally, here's a close-up of one of the units showing the Build and Test check-off sheet taped to the top. The left of the front panel includes special graphics to commemorate the run.

So, to those who are lucky enough to grab a piece of Eden history, congratulations! If you want one for your very own, check this forum post for a list of all dealers that have them.
