Welcome to the Eden School of Music, featuring lessons and articles by bassist and master educator Roy Vogt. Before we get started, however, here's a little about our professor:
Roy Vogt

A longtime Eden endorser, Roy has performed with a long list of music luminaries. (Read Roy's bio.) He's also been teaching other bassists for more than two decades. Currently the head of the Bass department at Belmont University in Nashville, TN, Vogt has also produced some excellent training videos for the Master Study Series and Superchops 4 Bass. If you want to increase your knowledge on the bass, there's no one better with whom to study than Professor Roy.

Each month, we'll offer two lessons and an article on the business of music, spaced across the month. The lessons are divided into beginner and intermediate levels and build on previous lessons. Click on the links below to go to each lesson or article in the series.
